Shipping policy

Domestic

We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in Burbank, CA.

We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground. Free shipping on domestic orders over $75. Depending on shipping address and service selected, delivery usually occurs within 7 days once your order has been processed, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM PST typically  begin processing that day (excluding holidays) although it can take 1-2 business days.

Approximate Transit Times:

• Ground: 1 - 5 business days
• USPS Priority: 1 - 3 business days 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our Returns Policy linked at the bottom of our site.

International

We are not currently offering international shipping as an option, but are willing to take international orders on a case to case basis. Shipping costs to countries outside of the US are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be incurred. These shipments may be subject to taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Recipient is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
